The cabin is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, you have a large kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and the sauna, washroom, dressing room, utility room and WC. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with two separate beds in each and one bedroom with a 120 cm bed, along with another WC. In total, the cabin sleeps eight in five bedrooms.
Outside, a large terrace faces the beach side, and the lake is only 45 meters away. The shore has a gently deepening sand beach, and a rowing boat is available for time on the water. In winter, the slope down to the beach makes a good sledding hill. The owner's forest plot also has a pond and lean-to shelter that guests can use, and the surrounding trails and forest roads suit mountain biking well.
Rovaniemi’s services are 36 km away, and the Arctic Circle, Santa Claus Village and the airport are all within 45 km. A field surrounds the villa and hay is harvested there, while outbuildings on the plot do not affect your stay. Water levels can vary and may change the shoreline conditions.
