LOMAKUIKKA is a planned log villa in the Himos area, built in 2000 and set on a wooded hillside above Päijänne Lake.
The main villa includes a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed for two, one bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with one bed. There is also an entrance hall, utility and changing room, bathroom, sauna with an electric stove, indoor toilet, and a covered terrace.
At the lakeshore, a summer-use lakeside sauna offers a wood-burning Aito stove, a washroom, a fireplace room with hotplates and a refrigerator, a terrace, and stairs leading to the pier. Cold water is pumped from the lake to the sauna, and the cabin has water from its own drilled well.
For extra sleeping space, there is a summer-use electrically heated sleeping cabin beside the garage and storage building. It has a bunk bed for two and is available from the beginning of May to the end of September.
The shore area also includes a woodshed, composting toilet, boathouse, fish cleaning table, and a Muurikka electric grill. A rowing boat is available, and you can also bring your own boat to the lakeshore.
