The setting by the lake, the included wood-heated hot tub in summer, and the separate lakeside sauna give this cabin its distinctive character. It also combines a residential-area location with easy access and a mix of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
NUORRONRANTA is a 68 m² cabin completed in 2016 and located by Lake Nuorronjärvi in Kangasala, Pirkanmaa. It is about 25 km from Tampere and sits in the Sappee area.
The main cabin includes a living room and kitchen with a pull-out sofa bed, a utility room that also serves as the main entrance, an electric sauna, a shower, a separate WC, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The upper floor, one room on the ground floor, and the carport are used for storage and are not available to guests.
By the lake there is an older 40 m² cabin with a wood-heated sauna, a fireplace room, and a toilet, available during the summer season. In colder months, water for the sauna must be carried from the main building. The lakeside sauna has a wood-heated stove, water is heated in a cauldron, and the terrace is furnished with garden furniture.
In the yard, a wood-heated hot tub is included in the rental price and is available from May to September. There is also a grill suitable for wood or charcoal use, with firewood provided, plus a fire pit for grilling sausages or enjoying the atmosphere. The beach at the pier has a muddy bottom, while a sandy beach is available at the back of the grassy yard.
The cabin is not rented to youth groups or loud parties because it is located in a residential area. Maximum occupancy is strictly 6 people, including visitors.
