KIVALIKKOLAMPI is an atmospheric log villa in Pohjasperä, Ranua, set in peaceful Lapland nature about 76 km southeast of Rovaniemi. The 152 m² villa is described as personal and cozy, with a location that is far from the bustle yet still within driving distance of services.
The heart of the villa is a spacious living room with slate walls and floors. Underfloor heating and a fireplace create a warm atmosphere, and large windows open toward the surrounding nature. The accommodation is suitable for 5–7 people, making it a fit for families or small groups.
The villa is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there is an open living room, kitchen and dining area, one bedroom, toilet, dressing room, storage, a covered terrace, an electric sauna and laundry facilities. Upstairs there is a large bedroom, a reading and work corner, cabinets and bookshelves, a sleeping alcove with mattresses, and a balcony.
Just 15 meters from the pond shore is a spacious wood-heated lakeside sauna with a dressing room/hallway and a fireplace room with an alternative place to stay. The pier offers easy access for swimming, and the property also has fishing rights in the pond, a rowing boat with an electric motor, snowshoes, Nordic walking poles, and ice-fishing equipment.
Practical details include included bed linen and towels for the reservation, final cleaning, and internet that works at a quiet cottage level. Pets are welcome. Guests are asked to bring drinking water, as the tap water from the pond is suitable for washing.
