This modern cabin sits in the heart of Pyhä Ski Resort, in a quiet spot where local services are still within walking distance. Large downstairs windows fill the living area with natural light, giving the cabin an open feel even in the darker months.
Built in 2022, the cabin is laid out for an easy holiday with a living room and kitchen, three bedrooms, a loft, a utility room, two WCs and a bathroom with a shower. It sleeps up to eight, and the arrangement works especially well for two families. The loft is reached by sturdy but fairly steep stairs, and there is a second WC on that level.
After a day on the slopes or trails, you can warm up in the electric sauna or settle by the fireplace. A heat pump with cooling adds comfort in summer, and the 40 m² terrace wraps around most of the cabin, giving you plenty of space to sit outside.
Cross-country ski trails run right nearby, and Pyhä Ski Resort is within walking distance. In summer, the hiking routes of Pyhä-Luosto National Park are about 1 km away, with Isokuru, Pyhäkaste Waterfall and Noitatunturi all within reach for active days out. Shops, the ski bus, restaurant and ski centre are also close by, making this cabin a practical base in Pelkosenniemi, Lappi.
For winter arrivals, car heating is possible from the outdoor socket near the entrance, but you need to bring your own long extension cable. Charging hybrid or electric vehicles from the cabin outlets is not allowed.
