MUOTKAN SOPULI is a log-built hermitage completed in 2021, set on the shore of a small forest pond near Lake Muotkajärvi. The cabin has a living room kitchen, two bedrooms, a loft with mattresses, and a covered terrace.
The kitchen includes a water pipe to the counter and a small electric water heater, and the property is noted for its “Tapio’s table.” Heating and lighting are electric, and the cabin is described as a single wilderness cabin.
A separate sauna is accessed via the terrace. It has a steam room and changing room, running water and electricity, a shower with water heater, and an electric stove and electric toilet in the dressing room.
Outdoor equipment includes a rowing boat, gas grill, and campfire. Fishing permits for Lake Muotkajärvi are included, and the lake is described as having a good fish population. Small game hunting is also possible for an extra charge on the owner’s 500-hectare land.
The cabin is 15 km southwest of the center of Enontekiö (Hetta). The nearest lake shore is 35 m away, and the Muotkajärvi shore is 300 m from the cabin.
