This cottage sits in a panoramic position on Tynningö in the Stockholm archipelago, with a 75 m2 south-facing terrace looking out over the entrance to Stockholm. The sea is only about 75 metres away, so the setting feels open, bright, and close to the water.
Inside, the cottage is a spacious 1980s house with large common areas and room for six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is made for easy holiday living, with a kitchen and living room at the heart of the home and plenty of space to gather after a day outdoors.
Step outside to the open terrace and the large garden, where you can enjoy the view and the archipelago air. Fishing is close by, and the surrounding area also gives you access to several golf courses, including Fågelbro, Ingarö, Värmdö, Nacka, and Saltsjöbaden.
You reach the island by car ferry from the Norra Lagnö peninsula on Värmdö, and Stockholm city centre is about an hour away by car. The cottage is a practical base for a coastal stay with good access to both the archipelago and the city.
