This cottage sits in the Ukkohalla tourism centre in Hyrynsalmi, with views over the slopes and Lake Syväjärvi. It is a semi-detached house of 52 m² plus a small loft, built in 1989 and renovated in 2004.
Inside, the cottage has a kitchen, one bedroom, a loft, a living room with a sofa bed, a sauna, a shower room and toilet, plus a separate WC, dressing room and storage. The bedroom has two beds, and the loft holds two mattresses. An open fireplace and firewood add a warm, traditional feel.
Outside, a balcony and terrace extend the living space, and pets are welcome. Ukkohalla’s services are about 1 km away, including the store, restaurant, spa, slope centre and programme services. Ski tracks, a ski lift, snowmobile routes and the beach are all close at hand, making this a practical base for both winter days and time by the water.
Please note that natural conditions can affect shoreline access and water levels.
